Walk and Talk for Hope

  • Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center 22 Iron Horse Boulevard Simsbury, CT, 06070 United States (map)

The 4th Annual Honor Connor Walk & Talk For Hope is an opportunity for all of us to invite our family and/or friends to get together for dedicated time to Walk & Talk about the stuff that really matters! [you know... our thoughts, feelings, and realities!]

As one of Honor Connor's signature programs, we encourage everyone to join either in person at The Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center or virtually from wherever you are!

Each registered walker will receive Honor Connor’s Conversation Starter - Digital Toolkit to support you starting the conversation on the day of the walk, and everyday.
