Parking
For each event, (except for the Talcott Mountain Music Festival), there are a limited number of parking passes for on-site parking lots available for purchase through On The Stage (our ONLY ticketing partner). Any remaining spots will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis when the gates open (cash-only).
Additionally, a limited amount of parking spots at Vincent Funeral Home will be available (cash only) on a first-come, first-serve basis on the day of the event.
Limited free parking is available in the commuter lots along Iron Horse Boulevard and throughout Simsbury.
A convenient and free shuttle service is also available from the Iron Horse Boulevard commuter lot at the intersection of Iron Horse Boulevard and Wilcox Street, as well as from Henry James Memorial Middle School. An accessible shuttle will be offered for patrons with disabilities. For questions please email us.
What to expect
SMPAC is an outdoor venue, so come prepared to enjoy the open air.
Bring:
Lawn chairs or blankets
Sunscreen
Layers (evenings can get cool)
Bug spray (just in case)
Leave at home:
Hard Alcohol (beverage policies vary based on event)
Pets (service animals welcome)
Large umbrellas (they block views — ponchos are better)
Accessibility
Simsbury Meadows has accessible parking spaces, accessible portable restrooms, and an accessible paved pathway with patios on our field that better accommodate wheelchairs and motorized mobility equipment.
A limited number of handicapped-accessible parking spots may be available for purchase through On The Stage (our ONLY ticketing partner). Any remaining spots will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis when the gates open (cash-only). Check event page for specific parking details.
To access handicapped parking you will need a state handicapped permit on your vehicle. The handicapped entrance is located at the southeast corner of the festival grounds. Handicapped-accessible shuttle service (free of charge) is also available from Henry James Memorial Middle School.

Food & Drink
Patrons are allowed to bring food onto the grounds. However, absolutely NO drinks** of ANY KIND are permitted.
Wine, beer, soda, and water will be available for purchase at the Moonlight Pub, and there will be a variety of food trucks on site at each event offering a variety of fare.
** The Talcott Mountain Music Festival allows patrons to bring in beverages EXCEPT for hard liquor.
Weather Policy
Most events go on rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, check your email and our social media for updates. Refund and reschedule policies vary by event.
Drinks of any kind*, smoking, vaping, drugs, ball playing or other sports equipment, pets, fireworks, sparklers, firearms or any other incendiary device, radios, boom-boxes or other stereo equipment, solicitation or unauthorized concessions or handouts, tents and beach umbrellas, tarps and large tables, lewdness, drunkenness or other inappropriate behavior. Audio and video recording and flash photography are prohibited during the performance.
*No Hard Alcohol allowed at the Talcott Mountain Music Festival. Wine, Beer, Soft Drinks, and water are permitted for this event only

Yes. Our Lost & Found is located in the First Aid Tent during the concert. At all other times, those items will be available at the Simsbury Performing Arts Center Office.

Yes. First Aid services are available in the southwest corner of grounds, near the front of the lawn. Trained First Responder personnel are also stationed throughout the grounds.
